Frances Cox was the creator of Vintage Salon. Vintage Salon opened in the winter of 2015 with the support and encouragement from Frances' family and friends. The salon is set in a great space inside University Mall within the mountains of Blacksburg, VA.

Carefully laying out the salon so that the unique space would have an even flow and charm, the existing shelves were utilized to build the shampoo and retail space. Also the supply storage area and color mixing station. Thanks to the Habit for Humanity Restore, YMCA Thrift shop, many consignment stores, yard sales, and furniture from her childhood home, Vintage Salon was born.  Sign Spot created the perfect wooden sign for entrance of Vintage Salon.
